If your enclosure requirements call for a differentiating look or your product features cannot be easily attained in a Standard or Customized Standard enclosure, then APP can assist you in the design and manufacture of your Custom enclosure

Simply provide us with a sketch or drawing of your enclosure and APP will get started on a custom design:

• Our design team will review your product requirements and develop an initial proposal.
• After your input and approval, we will supply you a 2D drawing and a 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) file for your review.
• An SLA (stereolithography) prototype can be generated for physical viewing and to verify form, fit and function.
• Upon approval of the drawings or SLA prototype, manufacture of your mold will begin.
• Once the tooling is complete, a first shot sample will be provided for approval.
• After first shot approval, the final texture/finish will be applied to the mold and a final shot for color match approval and testing will be provided prior to production.
