Custom Mold Inserts
Through the use of custom mold inserts, APP can offer you a Standard enclosure with “molded-in” features to create your Customized Standard enclosure. Custom mold inserts make
sense when you require complex product features, need square corners in your openings or expect a long life cycle with annual
requirements in excess of 1,000 units. |

EMI/RFI Shielding
APP can offer you EMI/RFI shielding protection for your enclosure by either molding the enclosure using a EMI/RFI shielding material or by coating the interior of the box with a
silver-plated copper or nickel spray. |

Pad Printing/Ultra Sonic Welding
We can pad print logos and text onto your enclosure for product and company identification requirements. We also provide
ultrasonic welding for brass inserts and other welding operations. |

Custom Materials and Colors
APP can offer custom materials to meet your impact resistance, temperature, EMI/RFI shielding and other product needs. By supplying us a color match or pantone color number, we can also custom color your enclosure. |
